MEE Boutique

Puntarenas — Renovation

MEE Boutique is born from a deep conversation with the client, where architecture does not impose itself, but rather interprets a vision: how the space should feel, how it should be lived, and how every journey through the store could become an experience.

MEE Boutique

The project is conceived as a contemporary store, open to all women, where elegance is not tied to excess but to sensation. It is a space that offers accessible yet refined fashion, designed to celebrate femininity through what is natural, comfortable, and authentic.

The layout responds to a clear but subtle logic: each zone has its intention. New merchandise areas, outlet spaces, and strategic display points are organized fluidly, allowing the circulation to be intuitive and pleasant. The fitting rooms are designed as an extension of the experience — not a secondary space. Lighting, mirrors, and scale generate an intimate, comfortable, and flattering environment.

Materially, the project bets on a warm and serene palette. Light woods, soft textures, and carefully controlled lighting construct an atmosphere that conveys peace, calm, and permanence. A key differentiating element: MEE incorporates a distinct olfactory identity. The store has been conceived with its own aromatic identity, where the clothing and the space share the same scent — an intangible detail that builds sensory memory, ensuring each visit remains in the mind.
